The Birtley Timber Frame 50mm Cavity Wall Lintel TF50 is designed specifically for use in timber frame cavity wall constructions with a 50mm cavity width. Available in lengths ranging from 750mm to 3900mm, this lintel provides strong and reliable support for load-bearing walls in both residential and commercial applications. Made from hot-dip galvanised steel, it ensures excellent corrosion resistance, offering long-lasting durability in a variety of environments. Requirements for Installation:

This lintel must be bedded fully on bricklaying mortar and used with a cavity tray. Lintel clips must be used at <600mm intervals, not more than 225mm from each end. Lintels over 1200mm must be propped until masonry is fully loaded and cured. The minimum end bearing for this lintel is 150mm.
