Insulation & Drylining £45 or FREE over £400 (£480 inc VAT)
Novia £40 (£48 inc VAT)
Mixed Standard charges or FREE over £700 (£840 inc VAT)

 

3-5 Working Day Delivery

  • Deliveries made Monday to Friday, between 7am and 6pm.
  • Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays are usually processed for delivery within the stated time frame.
  • Weekend delivery may be possible but requires advance arrangements. Please contact the sales team for weekend delivery inquiries.

Next Day Delivery Requests

Available on selected products. For more information please call 0115 6976 800 or email sales@diybuildingsupplies.co.uk.
Additional fees may apply for next day delivery arrangements.


Exclusions

All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays.

 

Depot Collection Requests

There is a £10 fee for orders under £500.

Access for Deliveries

Our deliveries will be made to the kerbside of your property and our delivery charges are based on an adult being present to accept the delivery. This includes on some occasions and with heavier items, assistance with manual or mechanical offload of your items. If you require offload facilities; such as tail-lift or forklift facilities, these can be requested. Please be aware that this may include an additional charge.

Signature for Deliveries

Someone must sign for the delivery. If no one is available, contact DIY BUILDING SUPPLIES LIMITED to arrange for a safe place to leave the goods.


Damage and Faults

Report any damage to goods in transit to the delivery driver and DIY BUILDING SUPPLIES LIMITED within seven working days of delivery. Report faults not evident during inspection within one month of delivery.


Additional Notes

  • Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday, weekends, or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Weekend delivery is not guaranteed for all areas.
  • Some orders to specific areas may take longer to deliver.
