The Birtley Medium Duty Cavity Wall Eaves Lintel MD150 is designed to offer robust structural support for cavity wall constructions incorporating attic trusses. Available in lengths from 750mm to 3900mm, this lintel is made from hot-dip galvanised steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion in various environmental conditions. Its medium duty construction makes it suitable for both residential and commercial projects, providing reliable eaves-level support while handling medium loads.

  • Galvanised post-fabrication for superior paint protection. 
  • Structural grade steel to EN10025.
  • Fire rated to 60 minutes (with 2 coat plaster finish).

Requirements for Installation:

This lintel must be bedded fully on bricklaying mortar and used with a cavity tray. This lintel is not suitable for point loads or concrete floors. The minimum end bearing for this lintel is 150mm.
