The Birtley Archformer 875mm is a durable UPVC component designed to support arched soldier courses above door and window openings ranging from 850mm to 900mm. Ideal for both residential and commercial projects, this Archformer helps builders create clean, professional arches while ensuring the structural load is supported by a compatible external wall lintel.

Requirements for Installation:

The Archformer must be used with standard external wall lintels to bear the structural load. It should be fully bedded on bricklaying mortar to ensure proper bonding and stability. Position the Archformer correctly above the opening to shape the arch. If extra stability is needed, secure it to the lintel or wall during installation.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

We aim to deliver your items in 3 - 5 Working Days unless otherwise specified (eg - Sheds and Paving Kits). After you have placed your order, we will process your order and book a delivery day - which will then be sent to you via Email.
