The Birtley Archformer 3325mm is a durable UPVC component designed to support arched soldier courses over door and window openings with widths ranging from 3300mm to 3350mm. It allows builders to create smooth, visually appealing arches wile ensuring the structural load is supported by a compatible external wall lintel. The 150mm rise ensures a neat and professional arch finish, especially suitable for larger openings.

Requirements for Installation:

The Archformer must be used with standard external wall lintels to bear the structural load. It should be fully bedded on bricklaying mortar to ensure proper bonding and stability. Position the Archformer correctly above the opening to shape the arch. If extra stability is needed, secure it to the lintel or wall during installation.
