The Birtley Archformer 2225mm is a practical UPVC component designed to support arched soldier courses above door and window openings. Ideal for larger openings, this Archformer offers a neat and professional arch finish while ensuring the structural load is managed by a compatible external wall lintel. It is lightweight, reusable, and easy to install, making it both a cost-effective and efficient solution.

Requirements for Installation:

The Archformer must be used with standard external wall lintels to bear the structural load. It should be fully bedded on bricklaying mortar to ensure proper bonding and stability. Position the Archformer correctly above the opening to shape the arch. If extra stability is needed, secure it to the lintel or wall during installation.
