Self Supporting Aluminium Glazing Bars

These Aluminium glazing bars and accessories are suitable for a wide range of glazed projects, but due to their self-supporting nature, they are particularly ideal for creating durable and customised projects such as garden rooms, roof lanterns, orangeries and sunrooms, as well as commercial projects such as large-scale pergolas and covered seating. They do not require the construction of a separate wooden structure, so are useful for constructing long-lasting projects. 

Though PVC glazing bars are an affordable option for small projects such as lean-to pergolas and wood stores, but sometimes a more enduring and stylish material is preferred, particularly for large and long-lasting projects such as a sunroom or roof lantern, or for pergolas with more of a modern feel. 

Alukap-SS Low Profile Self Supporting Glazing Bar - for use in supporting and joining Polycarbonate Roofing Sheets or glass sheets up to 3m in length. 

Alukap-SS High Span Self Supporting Glazing Bar - used for supporting and joining glass or polycarbonate sheets up to 6m in length. 

Alukap-SS Low Profile Gable Bar - used to support glazing up to 4m long along a gable end, for a closed-off and neat finish.

 Alukap-SS Low Profile Wall Bar - used to join the glazing to walls where the glazing bars meet the wall, for glazing sheets up to 4m long. 

Alukap-SS High Span Wall Bar - used to join glazing to walls at the point where the glazing bars meet the wall, for glazing sheets up to 6m long. 

Alukap-SS High Span Gable Bar - used to support glazing up to 6m long along a gable end, for a closed-off and neat finish.

Alukap-SS Wall & Eaves Beam Post - vertical posts to be fixed to the ground, used to support the roofing structure, such as at the corners of a pergola or lean-to. 

Alukap-SS Top Wall Flashing - Used in conjunction with Alukap-SS Wall Bars to ensure a watertight seal. 

Alukap-SS Wall & Eaves Beam - to be affixed to Wall & Eaves Beam Posts, your own posts or attached directly to a building wall to support upper and lower ends of the roof structure. 

Alukap-SS High Span Cap - a neat way to close-off the ends of the High Span Wall and Gable bars - rests on the Alukap-SS Wall Bar or Alukap-SS Eaves Beam.

Alukap-SS Low Profile Cap - a neat way to close-off the ends of the Low Profile Wall and Gable bars - rests on the Alukap-SS Wall Bar or Alukap-SS Eaves Beam.

Alukap-SS Wall & Eaves Beam Endcap - To neatly close-off ends of the Alukap-SS Wall & Eaves Beam.

Alukap Glazing Bar Endcap - Whilst these are supplied with glazing bars, sometimes additional endcaps may be required when cutting lengths of end bars into smaller pieces, etc.
