The Birtley Archformer 2975mm is a durable UPVC solution designed for supporting arched soldier courses above door and window openings with widths between 2950mm and 3000mm. This Archformer provides a reliable framework for shaping large, decorative arches. Lightweight, reusable, and easy to install, it offers a cost-effective solution for both residential and commercial construction projects.

Requirements for Installation:

The Archformer must be used with standard external wall lintels to bear the structural load. It should be fully bedded on bricklaying mortar to ensure proper bonding and stability. Position the Archformer correctly above the opening to shape the arch. If extra stability is needed, secure it to the lintel or wall during installation.
