The Birtley Archformer 2375mm is designed to support arched soldier courses above door and window openings with widths ranging from 2350mm to 2400mm. Constructed from durable UPVC, this Archformer allows for the creation of smooth, professional arches, while the structural load is handled by a compatible external wall lintel.

Requirements for Installation:
The Archformer must be used with standard external wall lintels to bear the structural load. It should be fully bedded on bricklaying mortar to ensure proper bonding and stability. Position the Archformer correctly above the opening to shape the arch. If extra stability is needed, secure it to the lintel or wall during installation.
