The Birtley Archformer 1775mm is a versatile construction aid, specifically designed for creating smooth and elegant arched soldier courses above door and window openings with widths between 1750mm and 1800mm. This lightweight UPVC form is easy to install and helps shape precise, professional arches. With a 75mm rise, it ensures a consistent and aesthetic finish to any building’s facade, whether in residential or commercial construction.

Requirements for Installation:

The Archformer must be used with standard external wall lintels to bear the structural load. It should be fully bedded on bricklaying mortar to ensure proper bonding and stability. Position the Archformer correctly above the opening to shape the arch. If extra stability is needed, secure it to the lintel or wall during installation.
