The Birtley Archformer 675mm is a lightweight, durable UPVC product designed to support arched soldier courses above door and window openings measuring between 650mm and 700mm. It is engineered to help builders create smooth, visually appealing arches while the structural load is carried by a compatible external wall lintel. The Archformer is reusable and easy to install, offering a cost-effective solution for both residential and commercial construction projects. With a 75mm rise, it ensures a clean and professional arch finish.

Requirements for Installation:

The Archformer must be used with standard external wall lintels to bear the structural load. It should be fully bedded on bricklaying mortar to ensure proper bonding and stability. Position the Archformer correctly above the opening to shape the arch. If extra stability is needed, secure it to the lintel or wall during installation.
