The Birtley Archformer 2725mm is a high quality UPVC product designed to create smooth, decorative arches above door and window openings sized between 2700mm and 2750mm. It offers an efficient solution for forming professional arches while ensuring that the structural load is handled by a compatible external wall lintel. Requirements for Installation:

The Archformer must be used with standard external wall lintels to bear the structural load. It should be fully bedded on bricklaying mortar to ensure proper bonding and stability. Position the Archformer correctly above the opening to shape the arch. If extra stability is needed, secure it to the lintel or wall during installation.
