The Birtley Archformer 1375mm is a durable UPVC component designed to support arched soldier courses above door and window openings ranging from 1350mm to 1400mm. This Archformer allows for the creation of smooth, aesthetically pleasing arches. Lightweight and easy to install, it is reusable, making it a cost-effective choice for both residential and commercial projects.

Requirements for Installation:

The Archformer must be used with standard external wall lintels to bear the structural load. It should be fully bedded on bricklaying mortar to ensure proper bonding and stability. Position the Archformer correctly above the opening to shape the arch. If extra stability is needed, secure it to the lintel or wall during installation.
