DIY Building Supplies Ltd. - Win £1000 Loyalty Points Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

Promotion:

DIY Building Supplies Ltd. ("the Promoter") is offering a prize draw (the "Promotion") at the Lincolnshire Show 2025 and the Nottinghamshire Show 2025.
Eligibility:

The Promotion is open to individuals who:

- Are residents of the United Kingdom.
- Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Sign up for the DIY Building Supplies Ltd. mailing list and loyalty scheme with a valid email address at the Lincolnshire Show 2025 or the Nottinghamshire Show 2025.

Employees of DIY Building Supplies Ltd., their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

To be eligible for entry into the competition, participants must sign up to both the DIY Building Supplies mailing list and loyalty account. Failure to complete both sign-ups will result in disqualification from the competition.
Entry:

To enter the Promotion, participants must sign up for the DIY Building Supplies Ltd. mailing list and loyalty scheme with a valid email address at the Lincolnshire Show 2025 or the Nottinghamshire Show 2025.

Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

Prize:

The prize is £1000 (one thousand pounds) worth of points to spend on building materials at DIY Building Supplies Ltd.

The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.

The prize will be awarded in the form of points added to the winner's DIY Building Supplies Ltd. loyalty scheme account. The loyalty scheme account must be the same account associated with the email address provided during entry.

The points will be valid for one (1) year, commencing on 27th June 2025.

Winner Selection and Notification:

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The draw will take place by 27th June 2025.

The winner will be notified by email, using the email address provided when signing up for the mailing list and loyalty scheme.

The winner's name may also be announced on DIY Building Supplies Ltd.'s social media accounts.
Prize Claim:

If the winner does not want the points to be added to the account used to sign up, the winner forfeits the prize.

If the winner does not respond to the email notification within 14 days of the date of the email, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Publicity:

The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Promotion, which may include the use of their name and image in promotional materials.

Data Protection:

By entering the Promotion, participants agree that their personal data will be processed by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Promotion and in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.

General:

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason without prior notice.

The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding.

The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not expressly included in these terms and conditions.

Liability:

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of participating in the Promotion or accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law:

The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
