The Birtley Outer Stone Cavity Wall Lintel CB125/90/100 is a standard-duty lintel designed for use in cavity walls with cavity sizes between 90-105mm and a wide outer leaf of 124-140mm. This lintel is available in various lengths, from 750mm to 3900mm, and features a hot-dip galvanised coating that provides superior corrosion resistance.


  • Suitable for cavity widths of 90-105mm.
  • 60 minutes of fire resistance when finished with a two-coat plaster.
  • Insulated with expanded polystyrene to reduce thermal bridging.
  • Structural grade mild steel with 65µm galvanisation for durability.
  • Choose from 750mm - 3900mm length.

Requirements for Installation:

This lintel is not recommended for point loads or concrete floors and should be installed with a cavity tray. This lintel must be bedded fully on bricklaying mortar with a cavity tray. The minimum end bearing for this lintel is 150mm.
