The Birtley Outer Stone Cavity Wall Lintel HD125/900/100 is a heavy-duty lintel designed for use in cavity walls with cavity sizes between 90-105mm and a wide outer leaf of 125-140mm. This lintel is ideal for supporting heavier loads and is available in lengths ranging from 750mm to 4800mm.
- 60 minutes of fire resistance when finished with a two-coat plaster.
- Hot-dip galvanised for enhanced corrosion resistance.

Lack of baseplate and factory fitted insulation reduces thermal bridging.
- Structural grade steel to EN10025.

Requirements for Installation:
This lintel is not recommended for point loads or concrete floors and should be installed with a cavity tray. This lintel must be bedded fully on bricklaying mortar with a cavity tray. The minimum end bearing for this lintel is 150mm.
